- Each household pays annual dues ($295 for 2026-27).
- Each household is required to use the same trash/recycle service company (Currently Steven’s Disposal)
- RV’s cannot be stored on the property unless they are in a garage.
- Outbuildings and exterior construction projects must go through our Architectural Review process before being put on the property.

NOTE TO PROSPECTIVE BUYERS: Lone Oak Maintenance Corporation, Inc. LOMC), a member-driven Michigan not-for-profit corporation, is the Homeowners Association (HOA) for Lone Oak Subdivision. The Bylaws govern the operations of LOMC.
There are also restrictive covenants and rules in place that apply to all sixty-three (63) homes in Lone Oak Subdivision and the common areas, as set forth in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Assessments (DCCRA). Over the years, the DCCRA has been amended by the LOMC members. The current version of the DCCRA is included above.
