You can access our most current documents that govern the Lone Oak Subdivision by clicking on the buttons below. Here are a few things to highlight that are important to note for prospective buyers:

  • Each household pays annual dues ($295 for 2024-25).
  • Each household is required to use the same trash/recycle service company (Steven’s)
  • RV’s cannot be stored on the property unless they are in a garage.
  • Outbuildings and exterior construction projects must go through our Architectural Review process before being put on the property.

NOTE TO POTENTIAL BUYERS: We are in the process of updating our governing documents. They are included here, although we have not officially voted to approve them yet. We have consolidated the Constitution and Bylaws into one document called Bylaws. A number of amendments to the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Restrictions, and Assessments (DCCRA) are also now represented in the official documents.
